Our Mission

Our passion at Real Food Farms is to grow local, flavorful and nutritious food using only natural techniques for the better health of our family, friends, and you. Free from pesticides, genetic engineering and chemical fertilizers, our fresh produce, fruits, and eggs are grown in the Grassland community situated between Franklin and Brentwood, TN.

At Real Food Farms, we grow many heirloom varieties, save seeds, harvest at the peak of flavor, and sell locally at the Franklin Farmers Market and through our CSA to Franklin and Nashville area. We grow year-round with many winter hardy vegetables. In addition to our CSA program, we make food donations to: Emmaus Fellowship, The Eden Project, and Food Not Bombs.

Originally bred on the Channel Island of Jersey in the UK, they are very popular for their high butterfat content of their milk. We have 10 Jersey cows and two calves. They are very sweet and gentle cows.
